Small hamburger of Ox meat with gouda cheese and honey mustard

We put some chopped tomato, a 50g Retinto hamburger and a slice of mature Gouda cheese on top a piece of brioche bread. Accompanied by a bowl of honey and mustard sauce and french fries made by our chef.
