Smoked delicacies served with rocket, avocado, cheese and a yoghurt-based dressing

Small pieces of avocado and a selection of smoked fish, cod, salmon and tuna, with a yoghurt dressing on a bed of rocket leaves. Finally we grate a little mature cheese on the top.
